What we believe

Our statement of faith

Drawn from our Constitution & Bylaws. The full document is available on request.

The Bible

We hold Scripture — Old and New Testaments — to be the inspired, inerrant, and final authority for faith and practice.

God

We believe in one God, eternal and sovereign, who exists in three Persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — one in being, essence, and glory.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the full deity and full humanity of Jesus Christ, His sinless life, His death on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice, and His bodily resurrection.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, regenerates believers, indwells and seals every Christian, and empowers the church for worship, evangelism, and service.

Humanity

We believe humanity was created in the image of God, but through Adam’s fall has inherited a sinful nature, unable to remedy its own condition.

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received by faith alone in Christ alone — not earned or maintained by good works.

The Church

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and entrusted with the Great Commission.

Things to Come

We believe in the personal return of Christ, the resurrection of all people, and eternity spent either in His presence or apart from it.
